This week you will blog about blogging. Remember that others can see what you write so make sure that you proofread what you have written before you post. Tell me what skills you think you will need to be successful in today's world.

How can technology be used to generate enthusiasm about literature? How does organization impact the presentation of information? These are questions that I would like you to think about as you complete this week’s project. Watch all the examples given with a critical eye. Notice the techniques that are used to make the presentations effective. Leave a comment below about some of the things you noticed that made the movie and book trailers appeal to you. Also view the book trailers that your classmates have done and note what you liked about them.

This week in preparation for our "Lessons Learned" project, we watched the "Last Lecture" presented by Randy Pausch. Here is another inspirational video about a man that was born without any arms or legs who still considers himself lucky because to see the joy in life despite the many obstacles he faces. Please share your thoughts about the Filter Bubble video we watched for our class this week. How do you feel about mathematical algorithms deciding what you should see when you do a search on the Internet, or what advertisements you should see? Media Bias

This week we looked at bias in the media. Because we are in a presidential election year, there is more than the usual amount to be found in the media. Can you find any websites that help you sort out the fact from the fiction? Did you find any good examples of bias?
