Last week we found out how powerful the media is. Knowing how powerful the media is, why do you think that it is so important that we know how to evaluate the information we find?

The Power of the Media

Media and the way that we get information has changed drastically over the past few years. We communicate with kinds of media that did no even exist a few years ago. We learned about the world around us by reading the newspaper, watching the news on TV or listening to the radio. Now we have all kinds of social media, and the news that we receive through the more traditional venues has changed its whole structure. Opinions are as much a part of the news as the facts are and the global community has in many ways become the eyes of the world. News programs ask their audience to "follow them on Facebook" or "send in photographs and Tweets" to share with the public. How do you feel about these changes? How has your role changed? What shills do you think are important for you to have as you navigate this rapidly changing world?

The big 6 would really be helpful in a situtuation of writing an essay of some sort and you need to have steps to make the essay.when your using the method you need to look at all your information and sort it out. the big six is a multi step theory that will help you do the best work you can do.

I really enjoyed using glogster.It was very easy to use and a great cool tool of the week.I find glogster very handy and will use it many times in the future.
