The skills that are important for you to have today in order for you to be successful today is ambition, listening, try to be able not all the time argue because sometimes it's hard people and in some cases it's necessary depending upon the situation if you go about the way but make you sure you don't it all the time meaning a lot, be able to agree and come up with decisions, be able to problem solve, and no laziness.

There are so many characteristics to be successful. A major characteristic is to be good with computers. You could work in any field you want for a career.
