This week you were supposed to write an essay on Information Literacy. What do you think that is and how important is it that know how to locate, evaluate and use information. How does that change the way we educate children today? What would be different in a classroom 20 or 30 years ago?

I think information literacy are skills that should be used when purchasing a product or doing a research paper. I think it's pretty important to have these skills. This definitely makes education for children better because now children are more aware of biased topics and now they're better prepared for it. If this were to be added to a classroom 20 or 30 years ago then it'd be easier but 20 or 30 years ago we didn't really have the internet and most people just used books for research papers. Even when using books for a research paper it's still important to identify whether or not it's a biased book.
Information literacy is an important skill to have because it helps you evaluate information in a way which you can get the highest quality information in your paper
There probably would not be any textbooks in our classrooms. Also probably no desks either. We will have like all touch screen stuff.
